Direct Reporting to Sanitary Services
Stale food, poor hygiene in restaurants, or substandard water quality can now be reported to the sanitary inspectorate (Sanepid) without the need for complex web forms or in-person filings. This new feature aims to speed up the public health response to potential hazards.
All reports submitted through the app follow the same procedural path as those sent via the e-Sanepid platform. According to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS), this channel is essential for situations requiring immediate action.
Streamlined Complaint Categories
To ensure reports are routed to the correct territorial units, the procedure is divided into two primary categories: Infrastructure (Locations) and Product (Goods). This classification allows for precise profiling of identified issues.
Modernizing Digital Public Services
This tool is a key component of the state’s digital modernization strategy for 2025–2026, which includes the implementation of 36 new functional modules. The initiative is designed to simplify citizen interaction with public administration.
mObywatel is a free mobile application developed by the Ministry of Digital Affairs for Android and iOS. While primarily a secure digital wallet for identification documents, it is increasingly serving as a central hub for public services and remote administrative tasks.
