Viral Footage Sparks Public Outrage
The video, originally posted on the pszczyna.mob TikTok channel, was later shared across social media platforms, including the Lubie Krakow Facebook page on July 6. The footage captures the rider traveling between the Pilsudski Bridge and the Father Bernatek Footbridge, an area frequently crowded with tourists and residents.
Alleged High-Speed Recklessness
According to the video’s description, the operator of the electric cross-motorcycle was traveling at speeds of up to 120 km/h. Social media commentary highlighted the danger posed to families and children cycling in the vicinity, characterizing the behavior as reckless.
Police Investigation and Legal Status
Krakow police are actively working to identify the rider involved in the incident. Waldemar Marcinkowski of the local police stated that these vehicles are not permitted for road use and emphasized that such violations can result in fines of up to 3,000 PLN.
