Amnesty International Laureate Joins WSKZ Faculty

Dr. Kamil Stępniak, a social sciences PhD, legal expert, and Amnesty International award laureate, has joined the teaching staff at the University of Occupational Education (WSKZ).

A Scientist with Practical Achievements

The scientific interests of Dr. Kamil Stępniak focus on constitutional law, human rights, and law in the context of new technologies. He has dozens of scientific publications dedicated to these areas, and his expertise is confirmed by numerous accolades.

In 2019, he was among the finalists of the Polish Radio Non-Ordinary competition. Two years later, in 2021, he received the special Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow award. Meanwhile, in 2024, his work was also recognized by Amnesty International, which awarded him the Pen of Hope Public Choice Award.
