The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) has finished its initial satellite crop monitoring, finding that declarations in some farms do not match the actual imagery captured from space.

If a plot is marked with yellow or red indicators, farmers must act immediately to prevent the loss of direct subsidies. This is not necessarily an admission of error, but rather a request for clarification regarding potential inconsistencies detected by the system.

Understanding Map Alerts in eWniosekPlus

Once logged into eWniosekPlus, farmers should inspect their plot maps for specific color codes. A yellow marker signifies that the satellite system identified a different crop than the one declared in the application. A red marker indicates that the system could not definitively identify the plant species.

These alerts are not final decisions to deny payments. They serve as a formal signal that ARiMR requires additional evidence or confirmation of the actual conditions on the field to proceed with the administrative process.

How to Resolve Discrepancies

Farmers are required to submit between two and five photographs of the affected plots using a smartphone with GPS location services enabled. These images confirm the physical state of the land and verify that the documentation matches the specific farm plot in question.

All required photographic documentation must be uploaded by September 15, 2026. While the agency has not stated that a lack of photos results in an automatic denial of funds, it warns that failure to provide them may lead to reduced support or the exclusion of certain areas from payment schemes, and delays in processing.
