Reports allege he earned 1.6 million PLN in one year while undergoing specialization and allegedly facilitated preferential treatment for political figures.

Kacprzyk has resigned from his council seat and the Koalicja Obywatelska party. Following an audit, the hospital’s management board was dismissed, and officials are now investigating potential irregularities involving the facility, the National Health Fund, and municipal oversight.
