A 26-year-old man died Friday night after losing control of his cross motorcycle and striking roadside barriers in Kąty, prompting an investigation by Węgrów police authorities.

Węgrów police are investigating the circumstances of a fatal road accident that occurred on Friday, June 26, at approximately 9:50 p.m. in the village of Kąty.

Preliminary findings suggest that the 26-year-old resident of Węgrów County lost control of his cross motorcycle for reasons yet to be determined. He subsequently veered off the road and collided with roadside barriers.

Investigation and Safety Appeal

Despite immediate resuscitation efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police confirmed the rider possessed a valid motorcycle license, and the Węgrów County Police Headquarters is currently handling the investigation.
