The legislation follows a recent media controversy involving a 28-year-old doctor at the Southern Hospital in Warsaw, a former member of the Civic Coalition, who reportedly earned 1.6 million PLN in a single year. Prime Minister Tusk emphasized that current systems leave authorities unable to monitor or track individual earnings, as the data remains anonymized.
