In the night from Monday to Tuesday, August 3 to 4, the police received a report from a person awakened by screams coming from a field. The incident occurred in the Klw贸w commune near Radom in the Masovian Voivodeship. A witness told officers they saw two people fleeing from a spot where a woman was lying on the grass.
Police found the body of a 40-year-old resident of Przysucha County at the scene. Officers detained a 30-year-old man hiding near the location. In the 艁贸d藕 Voivodeship, police arrested a 45-year-old woman and found a tool at her residence that they believe was likely used to commit the crime.
Prosecutor Statements and Charges Filed
Ewa Osuchowska, head of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Przysucha, stated that at this stage of the investigation detailed findings are not being disclosed, and the motive remains undetermined. The suspects have been charged with aggravated murder with particular cruelty, and the victim died from extensive head injuries caused by hammer blows.

Investigators reported that the 30-year-old man knew the victim and also had relations with the detained woman, though the prosecutor’s office did not provide details. Investigation and Court Decision on Detention
The police, under the supervision of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Przysucha, continue to investigate the details of the incident. On Thursday, August 6, the District Court in Przysucha granted the prosecutor’s request to temporarily arrest the suspects for three months. The alleged crimes carry a sentence of up to life imprisonment.
