A woman was struck by a metal pipe that fell from renovation scaffolding at the Młociny metro station in Bielany on Tuesday morning, July 21, requiring her transport to a hospital.

Incident Details and Emergency Response

The accident occurred during the morning hours near one of the station exits. A pipe fragment detached from scaffolding installed for renovations on the canopy structures, falling onto a passenger walkway and striking a woman on the shoulder.

Following the impact, the injured passenger complained of pain, prompting the arrival of medical rescue services. She was provided with first aid at the scene before being taken to a hospital for further examination.
