Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Collision With Audi in Warsaw City Center

A 37-year-old motorcyclist was transported to the hospital on June 23 following a collision with an Audi at the intersection of Aleje Ujazdowskie and Jana Matejki Street in Warsaw.

Circumstances of the Collision

The accident occurred shortly before 8:00 PM at the intersection of Aleje Ujazdowskie and Jana Matejki Street. A Ducati motorcycle and an Audi passenger car were involved in the collision.

Initial findings indicate the 37-year-old motorcyclist was traveling along Aleje Ujazdowskie from Plac Na Rozdrożu, while the Audi was approaching from the direction of Plac Trzech Krzyży. The driver of the car reportedly made a left turn across a double solid line, cutting off the motorcyclist and causing the impact.

Emergency Response and Investigation

Firefighters, medical rescue teams, and police were dispatched to the scene to secure the area and the vehicles involved. Paramedics examined the motorcyclist before deciding to transport him to the hospital.

Police officers remained on-site to document the event and establish the exact sequence of events. Traffic heading toward Plac Trzech Krzyży was limited to alternating flow while emergency services conducted their operations.
