Motorcyclist Injured in Collision with BMW on Puławska Street

A motorcyclist was hospitalized on Tuesday morning following a collision with a BMW at the intersection of Puławska and Baletowa streets in Warsaw, reportedly after running a red light.

Collision at the Puławska Intersection

The incident occurred shortly after 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, on Puławska Street heading toward Piaseczno. A Triumph motorcycle and a BMW passenger car collided at the intersection with Baletowa Street.

Preliminary Investigation and Hospitalization

Initial findings suggest the motorcyclist was traveling toward Piaseczno when he entered the intersection on a red light, striking the BMW, which was entering from Baletowa Street on a green signal.

The impact threw the rider from his motorcycle, causing him to slide several meters along the pavement. Witnesses provided initial aid before medical personnel arrived to transport the victim to the hospital.

Police Intervention and Traffic Safety

Police secured the scene and conducted an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the crash. Once the site was cleared and the facts established, officers proceeded to the hospital, where the motorcyclist was issued a fine for his role in the accident.
