NFZ Central E-Registration Expands: 2027 Schedule for 31 Specialties Unveiled

The Ministry of Health has released a comprehensive 2027 schedule to integrate 31 specialized outpatient clinics into the central NFZ e-registration system, with implementation phases beginning February 1 and concluding December 1.

New Schedule for 31 Medical Specialties

The Ministry of Health has drafted a regulation outlining the staged expansion of the national e-registration system. Spanning from February to December 2027, the rollout aims to bring critical services—ranging from internal medicine and dermatology to oncology—under a unified digital booking infrastructure.

The draft regulation, designated MZ 1927 and dated July 17, 2026, details exactly when each clinic will be integrated. This initiative builds upon existing systems, establishing a clear roadmap for both adult and pediatric outpatient care provided under NFZ contracts.

Implementation Timeline

Integration will occur in eight distinct waves throughout 2027. Key milestones include internal medicine and dermatology on February 1; neurology and pediatrics on April 1; pain management and urology on June 1; and various surgical specialties on August 1.

The schedule continues with metabolic diseases and otolaryngology on September 1; neurosurgery and orthopedics on October 1; allergy and gynecology on November 1; and finally, hematology and ophthalmology on December 1.

Impact on Patients and Facilities

Centralization allows patients to view availability across multiple facilities, facilitating easier appointment management, rescheduling, or cancellations without needing to contact each provider individually. Traditional registration methods via telephone or in-person visits remain available for those not using the IKP application.

While the regulation mandates these changes, healthcare providers have a six-month window from the designated start dates to fully integrate their local systems with the central platform. Final requirements will be confirmed upon the official publication of the act in the Journal of Laws.
