On Saturday, August 8, around 10:50 PM on Marymoncka Street in Warsaw, two passenger cars collided. An Opel driver rear-ended a Toyota. One person was examined by medical rescuers, but did not require transport to the hospital.
Accident Details and Emergency Response
The incident occurred on Marymoncka Street, before the intersection with Podleśna Street, on the roadway heading toward Łomianki. Findings at the scene indicate that the driver of the Opel failed to brake in time and struck the rear of the Toyota traveling ahead of him.
A police patrol and a medical rescue team were dispatched to the location. Rescuers examined the person traveling in the Toyota. After performing medical procedures, it was decided that there was no need to transport that person to the hospital.
Police Intervention and Penalties
Further actions were carried out by police officers, who classified the incident as a traffic collision. Both drivers were sober and possessed the required driving qualifications.
The driver of the Opel was held responsible for causing the collision. Police officers issued him a fine of 1500 PLN and penalty points.
