Expanding the M贸j PFRON Platform
The “M贸j PFRON” portal, accessible at moj.pfron.gov.pl, is a central digital hub for managing fund-related matters. Previously utilized by individuals with disabilities, their caregivers, employers, and partner institutions, the platform now hosts Market Surveillance Authorities (ONR) to facilitate their reporting obligations.
This digitalization effort aligns with the implementation of the Polish Accessibility Act (PAD) from April 26, 2024, which went into effect on June 28, 2025. By automating these processes, the portal evolves from a benefits platform into a comprehensive coordination system connecting PFRON with various regulatory bodies, including the Office of Electronic Communications and the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Streamlining Regulatory Compliance
The introduction of dedicated digital forms is designed to enhance transparency and ensure the timely submission of public data. By simplifying procedures and reducing paperwork, the system allows authorities to focus on their primary oversight functions rather than manual documentation.
Under the new legislation, the President of the PFRON Board serves as the coordinator for the entire market surveillance system in Poland.
