Jarosław Kaczyński and Mateusz Morawiecki held a three-hour meeting at PiS headquarters on Nowogrodzka street without a breakthrough, while PiS spokesperson Rafał Bochenek reported that Kaczyński presented compromise proposals, including freezing Rozwój Plus until parliamentary elections and transferring its activity to the party.
