Radio ZET reports that the prosecutor’s office has addressed a formal letter to David Venturelli, the acting head of ICE. The document aims to inform American authorities of Zbigniew Ziobro’s current legal status and the revocation of his travel documents.

The correspondence includes evidence from both Poland and Hungary confirming that Budapest has revoked Ziobro’s previously granted refugee status. Consequently, the Geneva passport used by Ziobro to enter the United States is now considered invalid, along with his regular and diplomatic passports.
