According to findings from the prosecution’s interrogation, the former Speaker of the Sejm confirmed that no proposals or pressures were directed at him regarding the official swearing-in process.

A press release issued by the authorities stated that Hołownia’s previous televised comments were strictly a reaction to external media speculation concerning potential political scenarios.

Denial of Coalition Involvement

In his formal testimony, Hołownia emphasized that no suggestions to block Karol Nawrocki’s inauguration were ever presented by politicians representing the October 15 coalition.

He further clarified that all coalition members, including the Prime Minister, explicitly opposed any such scenario.
