As the situation intensified, Emil S. moved operations to Malta, establishing Ent One Studios Limited. According to prosecution findings, Dorota R. became a business partner in this entity, which allegedly received the funds siphoned from Poland.

In an effort to recover misappropriated funds, the prosecutor’s office has blocked assets totaling over 12 million zlotys and nearly 60,000 euros. These seizures include cash, real estate, luxury vehicles, high-end watches, and civil claims.
