Getting to the Concerts
On Tuesday and Wednesday, August 4 and 5, two concerts by The Weeknd will take place at PGE Narodowy. The best way to reach the stadium is by using Warsaw Public Transport, which will also facilitate an efficient return after the event. Before the concerts, vehicle access to Saska Kępa will be restricted.
Right next to PGE Narodowy is the Stadion Narodowy M2 metro station. Nearby, at the Warszawa Stadion railway station, trains operated by Szybka Kolej Miejska and Koleje Mazowieckie stop.
Due to tram track renovations in Aleje Jerozolimskie and on the Poniatowski Bridge viaduct, trams from the center cannot reach the concerts. Instead, replacement bus line Z-9 is operating.
Saska Kępa Road Closures
On Tuesday and Wednesday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, only vehicles belonging to residents with SK identifiers, taxis, two-wheelers, and public transport buses will be allowed to enter Saska Kępa. Other drivers will be barred from entering the areas designated by the streets:
Police may decide to close additional streets prior to the concerts.
Return Transport from the Stadium
After both concerts, additional buses will depart on lines:
There will also be an increased frequency of tram lines:
Metro line M2 trains in both directions will run more frequently.
Pedestrian Access and Bridge Closures
If a large number of people wish to walk across the bridges after the concerts, police may close the Poniatowski and Świętokrzyski bridges around 11:00 PM.
In that event, bus lines 111, 117, 158, 166, 507, 521, N22, N24, N72, and Z-9 will run via the Łazienkowski Bridge. Meanwhile, lines 146, 147, and Z21 will turn around at Targowa towards Aleja Zieleniecka. Bus lines 118 and 127 will reach the loop in Powiśle via Dobra, while lines 162, N16, and N64 will operate via the Śląsko-Dąbrowski Bridge.
