Red Light Violation Uncovers Criminal Record

The incident began on Okulickiego Street in Piaseczno when local traffic police observed a Fiat driver disregarding a red signal. Upon pulling the vehicle over, the officers discovered that the driver was not only violating traffic laws but was also a wanted fugitive.

Arrest and Legal Consequences

A background check confirmed that the 22-year-old was subject to two arrest warrants and three summonses, totaling over two years of pending prison time. Furthermore, it was determined that the individual was operating the vehicle despite having his driving privileges officially revoked.

Custody and Sentencing

Following his arrest, the man was charged under Article 180a of the Penal Code for driving while disqualified, alongside additional traffic offenses. His vehicle was towed, and he was subsequently transferred to a correctional facility to begin serving his sentence.
