Two people were hospitalized on Saturday, June 27, after a marked police cruiser collided with a Citroën passenger vehicle at the intersection of Rozwadowskiego and Radzymińska streets in Warsaw.

Collision Details

The incident occurred around 1:20 PM on Saturday, June 27, at the intersection of Rozwadowskiego and Radzymińska streets. A marked police cruiser, operating as an emergency vehicle with lights and sirens activated, was turning left from Rozwadowskiego onto Radzymińska toward Targowa.

Circumstances of the Crash

Simultaneously, a Citroën passenger vehicle was traveling along Radzymińska toward Marki. Initial findings suggest the driver’s visibility was obstructed by a city bus in the right lane; as she drove in the center lane, she failed to notice the police cruiser entering the intersection, resulting in a collision.

Emergency Response and Investigation

Firefighters, paramedics, and police were dispatched to the scene to secure the area and provide medical aid. The driver of the cruiser and the driver of the Citroën were transported to the hospital. Officers from the Traffic Department’s accident section are currently investigating the specific circumstances of the crash.
