On Monday, July 6, at approximately 7:58 p.m., a collision involving a city bus, a Volkswagen passenger car, and a food delivery worker on an electric bicycle occurred at the intersection of Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia and Górczewska in Warsaw. The incident took place on the road heading toward Powstańców Śląskich Street.

Preliminary findings indicate the Volkswagen entered the roundabout as the city bus was exiting it, resulting in a collision. Following the initial impact, the Volkswagen struck a traffic signal and subsequently hit the cyclist.
