Unauthorized Presence on Railway Infrastructure
Officers from the Regional Headquarters of the Railway Security Guard in Warsaw were alerted by a Koleje Mazowieckie employee regarding a man trespassing on the service tracks at Warsaw Wileńska station.
Intervention and Identity Verification
The SOK patrol intervened as the 23-year-old Russian national was trespassing on active tracks, posing a direct threat to railway traffic safety. Although the man presented a residence permit, he refused to disclose his place of residence.
Fugitive Status Confirmed
Following protocols under the TOR and HORYZONT operations, police were dispatched to the scene. Background checks revealed the individual was wanted to serve a prison sentence, leading to his transfer to the Railway Police Station in Warsaw for further processing.
