A 20.5 million złoty competition, “Stażysta Plus,” launched on April 20, 2026, will fund internships for people with disabilities in public administration.
Program Overview
The “Stażysta Plus” competition, number 1/2026, falls under Module II “Professional Internships” of the “Stable Employment – People with Disabilities in Administration and Public Service” program. Non-governmental organizations can now apply for funding to support the professional activation of people with disabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
The program targets individuals of working age with a disability certificate (significant, moderate, or slight degree) who are currently unemployed. Projects aim to prepare these individuals for the labor market through professional internships in public administration.
Scope of Support
The competition will finance comprehensive activation measures, including the implementation of an individual career path plan for each participant.
Application Process and Deadlines
Applications are accepted from April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM to May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM, exclusively electronically via the iPFRON+ system. Eligible entities may submit a maximum of four applications, with each application covering one package of internship positions.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants must have been operating for the benefit of people with disabilities for at least two years and have appropriate statutory provisions.
Budget and Financial Conditions
Over 20.5 million złoty has been allocated for the competition. The maximum support cost per participant is 48,000 złoty, and the monthly internship stipend is 4,000 złoty gross. Internships must last at least 3 months and no longer than 12 months. Projects will be implemented from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
Project Evaluation
Applications will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the program procedures. Projects receiving the highest scores within a given internship package will be funded.
Additional Requirements
Each project must include an external audit. Administrative costs will be settled on a flat-rate basis, in accordance with applicable procedures.
Previous Funding
In 2025, over 20.4 million złoty was allocated for similar initiatives, while in 2024, over 10.6 million złoty was allocated. The “Stażysta Plus” competition is a continuation of efforts to increase employment of people with disabilities in public administration and strengthen their position in the labor market.
