Who is Eligible for a Parking Card?
A parking card is available to individuals who hold a disability certificate (for those under 16 years of age) or a degree of disability certificate (for those over 16 years of age), along with meeting the criteria specified in road traffic law (point 9 of the certificate).
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Obtain a Card in 2026

Under the new law, applicants have three options for submitting their application.
Step 3: Card Collection
The card should be ready within 30 days. The relevant office will inform the applicant about the method of collection – in person, through a proxy, or – in certain cases – by mail.
Important Information
Parking cards are issued for a fixed period (consistent with the validity of the certificate), but not for longer than 5 years. The procedure must be repeated after this period.
