After several hours of heated debate, the National Council meeting concluded without reaching any decision, leaving two options on the table.
Two Options Proposed
The council is considering either repeating only the last vote between Paulina Hennig-Kloska and Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, or conducting the entire election process from scratch.
Members in Protest
Some members left the meeting earlier in an act of protest, with one party member stating that “a complete split and serious crisis has emerged in the National Council.”
