Polish authorities are investigating the death of Łukasz Litewka following a head-on collision, and have detained a 57-year-old driver for questioning.

According to the prosecutor, preliminary findings suggest the incident was a head-on collision.
Driver Not Under the Influence
A breathalyzer test revealed the 57-year-old driver was not under the influence of alcohol. Further, more precise tests are being conducted, the prosecutor explained to “Fakt”.
