The tragedy occurred around 4:20 PM on the premises of a daycare facility located on Kwiatowa Street in Ząbki, Wołomin County. Preliminary findings indicate the accident took place in the facility’s yard under circumstances that remain under investigation.
Emergency Response and Investigation
Emergency responders, including two fire department units and two medical rescue teams, arrived at the scene. Despite prolonged attempts to save the child’s life, the toddler was pronounced dead at the site. Police reported that the caregivers present were sober.
