Images from a Mother’s Day event on May 6 also show the president’s hands covered in a thick layer of foundation in two significantly different shades. While discoloration on the right hand has been present for over a year, similar changes have begun to appear on the left hand.

On Saturday, May 9, Polish Radio’s White House correspondent Marek Wałkuski shared a recording on X showing foundation with contrasting colors on Trump’s hands, noting that the president is using more makeup.
Conflicting White House Explanations
The administration has changed its explanations over several months. Spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt first claimed the president shakes hands too much, and later stated he hit his hand on the edge of a table during the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Trump himself told the Wall Street Journal that he takes a daily dose of 325 mg of aspirin, which is higher than the recommended amount, admitting that he wants his blood thinned.
Health Context and Official Reports
Trump’s health remains a sensitive issue, as he will turn 80 in June and previously emphasized his own energy and fitness while highlighting the weaknesses of his predecessor, Joe Biden. The administration has frequently responded to questions regarding the president’s medical exams and behavior.
A White House health report published last April stated that Trump suffers from no serious health problems. The report noted that blood flow to the limbs is uninterrupted, joints and muscles show no swelling, and while minor sun damage is visible on the skin, there are no concerning changes or growths.
