Two-Car Collision on Woronicza Street Leaves One Hospitalized

A serious traffic accident involving a Mini and a ride-hailing Toyota occurred on Friday, May 15, at 7:30 PM on Jana Pawła Woronicza Street in Warsaw, resulting in one hospitalization.

Collision at the Wyjazd Intersection

The accident occurred near the intersection of Woronicza and Wyjazd streets. According to initial reports, the Mini was traveling straight toward Żwirki i Wigury when it collided with a Toyota turning left into Wyjazd street.

Emergency Response and Medical Assessment

Firefighters, paramedics, and police secured the scene. The driver of the Mini was treated on-site for wrist burns caused by airbag deployment, while a female passenger was transported to the hospital. The Toyota driver remained unharmed.

Traffic Disruptions and Secondary Incident

Woronicza Street was blocked in both directions to allow police to document the scene. The road closure delayed public transport, and a separate collision involving an MZA instructor occurred nearby while responding to the area.
