Fire Breaks Out at Vacant Building
On Thursday, April 30th, at approximately 2:05 PM, a fire occurred at a vacant building on Kokosowa Street in the Ursynów district of Warsaw.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a well-developed fire in the building, with flames covering approximately 50 square meters of the roof.
Firefighting Efforts and Containment
Five fire crews were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters deployed two water jets to control the fire and prevent further spread.
Post-Extinguishment Procedures
After extinguishing the fire, it was necessary to dismantle the burnt and damaged elements of the roof to reach the source of the fire and eliminate the risk of reignition.
No Injuries Reported, Operations Concluded
No one was injured in the incident. Emergency services completed their operations at the scene around 5:30 PM.
