Warsaw Driver Linked to Series of Suspicious Collisions

A driver in a white Ford Focus is again implicated in a minor Warsaw traffic incident, mirroring a pattern of similar events over the past year.

Another Incident on Grójecka Street

A minor collision occurred today on Grójecka Street between a Toyota operating as an Uber vehicle and a white Ford Focus. The impact was minimal, with only a scratch to the Toyota’s paintwork.

According to reports, the Ford driver could have easily avoided the collision but did not.

Cash Settlement Offered

Following the incident, the drivers discussed a resolution. The Ford driver allegedly offered 1500 złoty in cash in exchange for the Toyota driver dropping further claims.

The Toyota driver accepted the offer, and the Ford driver signed a statement relinquishing any claims against her.

Recurring Pattern Identified

This incident is linked to a previous series of similar collisions involving a driver previously operating a silver Ford Focus marked as a taxi. Reports suggest multiple, similarly marked Ford Focus vehicles with different license plates were involved.

The driver now appears to be using a white Ford Focus, no longer marked as a taxi, and continuing the same pattern of incidents.

Investigation into Insurance Fraud

The case comes amid an investigation into potential insurance fraud and staged traffic incidents. In late January, Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek announced a thorough review of these cases.

Despite the investigation, the driver involved in these recurring incidents continues to be involved in similar events.
