Woman Arrested in Radom for Attempted Murder

A 35-year-old Radom resident is in custody after allegedly stabbing her partner during a drunken gathering on April 13th.

Radom police detained a 35-year-old woman for attempted murder and causing bodily harm to her partner. She faces temporary arrest for the next three months.

The incident occurred on Monday, April 13th, in an apartment in Radom. Three friends were consuming alcohol when an argument broke out between two of them.

Alcohol Involvement & Arrests

The woman allegedly stabbed the 49-year-old man multiple times with a knife. The victim was transported to a hospital.

Police arrested two intoxicated individuals at the scene. The 42-year-old man had a blood alcohol content exceeding 3 per mille, while the 35-year-old woman’s was over 2 per mille. Both were held in police custody.

Charges and Court Decision

After sobering up, both individuals were questioned. The woman was taken to the Radom-Wschód District Prosecutor’s Office and charged with attempted murder and causing bodily harm.

Prosecutors requested a temporary arrest for the 35-year-old, and on Wednesday, April 15th, the court granted the request, ordering her detention for three months.
