A woman stabbed a man twice during an altercation on Szegedyńska Street in the Bielany district of Warsaw. The victim, 28, was immediately taken to a hospital where he received medical care.

After sobering, she was charged with attempted murder. The court, acting on a request from the Żoliborz prosecutor, imposed a three‑month provisional arrest. The offense carries a potential sentence of up to life imprisonment.
