Arrest After Unusual Parking

Intelligence and Patrol Department officers from the Ursynow precinct detained a 31-year-old man who was driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs.

The man was found next to a Honda car, which was parked in an unusual place – exactly in an underground passage. It turned out he had driven there via the stairs.

Drug Tests and Search

During the intervention, police became suspicious that the man might be under the influence of intoxicating substances. The test confirmed the presence of drugs in his system.

Additionally, during a search of the man’s apartment, police found prohibited substances in the form of amphetamine and marijuana.

Legal Consequences

The 31-year-old was detained and taken to a police station, where blood was taken from him in the hospital for tests for alcohol and prohibited substances.

He spent the rest of the night in a police detention cell. The next day he was interrogated and will answer for driving under the influence of drugs and for their possession, facing up to 3 years in prison.
