Patryk Jaki told Polsat News that Poland must have a wise policy, not a kindergarten, and that his party will ally with the Confederation to block Donald Tusk if necessary.
Jaki Criticizes Confederation Politicians
Patryk Jaki warned that Poland should adopt a prudent policy, not a “kindergarten” approach, and that a coalition with the Confederation would be considered if no other option exists to prevent Donald Tusk from coming to power.
He accused Confederation members of being incapable of taking a clear stance on geopolitics, calling any claim that Ukraine is not Poland’s affair “childish.” Jaki added that while Poland sits in a zone of decay rather than paradise, its leaders cannot simply kneel before the United States, lest they fail to address the nation’s challenges.
Wipler Sets Conditions for Coalition Participation
Constitution member Przemysław Wipler said on RMF FM that he would not retract from a government role if the Confederation joined a ruling coalition after the 2027 parliamentary elections, but only if the party is granted control over the Internal Security Agency (ABW).
He emphasized that programmatic alignment matters and that formulating a coalition without such control would be detrimental, refraining from speculation that could harm the Confederation’s political prospects.
