Polish prosecutors have summoned Jarosław Kaczyński regarding an investigation into alleged financial detriment to Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellner.

It concerns allegedly bringing Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellner to a disadvantageous disposal of property worth at least 1.3 million euros through misleading him.

The case revolves around a failed investment involving two skyscrapers planned for a plot of land owned by the company Srebrna in Warsaw.

Reports indicate that the witness’s representative has confirmed his attendance at the prosecutor’s office.
