Electrical and Technical Specialists Lead the Earnings

According to an analysis by Personnel Service, skilled craftsmen and technical specialists are among the most sought-after workers, often outearning university graduates. Electricians top the ranking with net monthly earnings ranging from 8,000 to 26,000 PLN.

Stonemasons follow closely with earnings up to 25,000 PLN net per month, while car mechanics can make up to 23,000 PLN net. Carpenters also secure strong positions, pulling in between 10,000 and 20,000 PLN net monthly based on experience and precision.

Construction and Niche Trades Remain in High Demand

The construction sector continues to struggle with labor shortages, keeping wages high for roofers, carpenters, and pavers who earn between 7,000 and 18,000 PLN net. Reinforcing iron workers and blacksmiths also secure stable incomes ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 PLN net.

Meanwhile, niche professions are also seeing a rise in value due to a shrinking number of specialists. Tailors, governesses, and saddlers achieve net monthly incomes between 4,000 and 8,500 PLN driven by a growing demand for customized, high-quality craftsmanship.

Expanded Benefits and Stronger Foreign Markets

Intense competition for talent forces employers to offer more than just high base salaries, introducing flexible working hours, training, and commuting allowances. Meanwhile, Scandinavian countries and Germany continue to offer even higher wages in euros for experienced welders, CNC operators, and construction workers.

European demand extends consistently into caregiving and cleaning services, where workers in Norway, Sweden, and Germany secure steady monthly earnings ranging from over a thousand up to nearly four thousand euros gross.
