According to preliminary police findings, the driver of the Ursus tractor, while turning from the road into a field, failed to yield the right-of-way to a properly traveling Mercedes. The injured tractor driver was transported to the hospital.

The incident took place on August 1 at around 11:30 AM in Karolin, located in the Białobrzegi County. The accident involved an Ursus agricultural tractor and a Mercedes passenger car.

Preliminary findings by officers indicate that the 72-year-old tractor driver was executing a maneuver of turning from a public road into a field. The man most likely failed to yield the right-of-way to the properly moving Mercedes, which was driven by a 33-year-old man.

A sobriety test showed that both the 72-year-old tractor driver and the 33-year-old car driver were sober.
