A 35-year-old passenger has died following a collision between a BMW and a Peugeot on national road DK60 in Mokrzk, near Płock, which occurred shortly before 3:00 PM.

Circumstances of the Collision
Preliminary police findings indicate that a 24-year-old BMW driver began overtaking a line of vehicles at the same time a 35-year-old Peugeot driver initiated a similar maneuver. The vehicles collided, causing the Peugeot to veer off the road and strike a tree.
Rescue Efforts and Casualty
Emergency services, including police, fire crews, and an air ambulance, were deployed to the scene. The driver of the Peugeot and two passengers were transported to the hospital, where the 35-year-old man succumbed to his critical injuries despite medical intervention.
Investigation and Traffic Disruptions
Police have secured evidence and are investigating the sequence of events under the supervision of a prosecutor. National road 60 remains blocked between Płock and Drobin, with traffic diverted through Psary and Łęg Probostwo.
