Gas Leak From LPG System in Passenger Car at Warsaw Petrol Station Triggers Emergency Response

Early Friday morning, a dangerous LPG system leak in a Toyota Yaris at a Warsaw petrol station prompted a swift deployment of firefighters and police.

On Friday shortly after 1:00 AM at a petrol station on Połczyńska Street in Warsaw, an LPG tank leak occurred in a Toyota Yaris passenger car. Fire brigades and police forces were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Emergency Security and Water Curtains Deployed

The vehicle was located at the edge of the station grounds. Due to the gas leak, firefighters secured the area, restricted access to the vehicle, and deployed water curtains to mitigate the hazard posed by the escaping gas before securing the Toyota and sealing the leak.

Successful Conclusion With No Injuries

The operation concluded successfully with no reported injuries. Two fire engine units and police personnel operated at the scene.
