Bielany criminal investigators detained a 27-year-old driver on Broniewskiego Street carrying nearly 35 grams of mephedrone and violating an active judicial driving ban.

Police officers from the criminal division, conducting operations aimed at combating drug crime, pulled over a Mercedes driver on Broniewskiego Street. Their attention was drawn to the behavior of the 27-year-old.

Seizure of Mephedrone and Active Ban

During the procedure, officers secured a light-colored, clumped substance suspected of being a narcotic. The substance was tested and confirmed to be nearly 35 grams of mephedrone. A check of police systems also revealed that the 27-year-old was subject to an active judicial ban on driving motor vehicles.

Charges and Pre-Trial Supervision

After gathering evidence, the suspect was charged with possessing a significant amount of narcotics and failing to comply with a court-ordered driving ban. The prosecutor placed the 27-year-old under police supervision, and he faces up to 10 years in prison.
