FBI Thwarts Terror Plot Against UFC Event at White House

The FBI and federal partners have arrested five suspects involved in a foiled plot to attack a UFC event at the White House on June 14, targeting political and financial elites.

The Foiled Plot

On June 10, the FBI identified a potential threat against the UFC America 250 event held in Washington. Through a multi-state operation involving the Department of Justice, authorities successfully apprehended suspects and neutralized a planned attack before it could be executed.

The alleged scheme involved using explosive-laden drones to force a mass evacuation, steering crowds into waiting snipers. A secondary phase of the attack reportedly aimed to breach the White House perimeter.

Investigation and Targets

According to law enforcement sources, five individuals have been arrested, while investigators have identified a network of 23 people linked to the plot. The group allegedly coordinated their actions using the Signal messaging application.

One suspect indicated the operation intended to target “capitalist elites,” including billionaires and politicians receiving funding from the AIPAC lobby. Attendees at the event included President Donald Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Polish official Karol Nawrocki.

The UFC event took place on June 14 within a specialized cage constructed on the White House lawn. The gala, which coincided with President Trump’s 80th birthday, hosted approximately 4,000 spectators, including 1,200 military personnel.
