Military Truck Crashes into Tree Near Dobre Miasto

Two soldiers were hospitalized with arm and leg injuries after their military transport vehicle struck a tree and overturned on a local road between Jesionowo and Orzechowo.

A military truck accident occurred on a local road near Dobre Miasto. Two soldiers were traveling in the vehicle at the time of the crash, both of whom required medical transport to local hospitals.

According to reports from the Warmian-Masurian Fire Service, the Star-model military truck struck a tree and overturned onto its side. Emergency teams, including the State Fire Service and Voluntary Fire Service, were dispatched to the scene immediately following the notification.

Emergency Response and Investigation

The injured soldiers were transported to hospitals by medical rescue teams and a Polish Medical Air Rescue helicopter. Their injuries were reported as damage to their arms and legs.

While local police initially responded to the scene, jurisdiction over the case has been transferred to the Military Gendarmerie. Military investigators will now conduct a formal inquiry to determine the exact causes of the accident, while fire units remained on-site to secure the area until the Gendarmerie arrived.
