Global electric vehicle leader BYD has launched its first spare parts logistics center in Poland near Warsaw to guarantee service continuity and accelerate repairs.

The rapid growth of Asian car brands in Europe has been accompanied by numerous concerns from the automotive industry and drivers themselves. Some experts openly suggested that Chinese producers might treat the Polish market experimentally and suddenly disappear in the event of geopolitical disruptions or a lack of expected profits, leaving car owners without access to service and spare parts. The latest direct investment by the global electric vehicle leader responds to these concerns.

BYD, the world’s largest manufacturer of electrified vehicles, has officially launched its first spare parts logistics center in Poland. The strategic facility located in Moszna-Parcela near Warsaw is designed to provide a hard guarantee of after-sales service continuity and significantly speed up vehicle repair times in authorized service centers.

Scaled infrastructure near Warsaw and night deliveries

The newly opened logistics center currently covers an area of 3,000 square meters, but the investment has been designed to be fully scalable. Along with the increase in sales of the brand’s vehicles in Poland, the warehouse will be successively expanded, with BYD’s main goal being to achieve a permanent availability of original components of at least 95 percent.

A breakthrough solution for Polish customers is the implementation of a night delivery system. According to the new schedule, authorized dealers will receive ordered service elements by 8:00 AM on the next business day, drastically shortening repair times, eliminating vehicle downtime in workshops, and allowing faster vehicle pickup by owners.

Global partners and strong position in Poland

Poland is currently one of the fastest-growing markets for BYD in Europe. As the company’s management emphasizes, the development of local logistics infrastructure is a direct consequence of the growing number of cars driving on Polish roads.

Poland is one of the fastest-growing BYD markets in Europe, and the growing sales of our cars mean the necessity for rapid development of after-sales support, said Michał Bowsza, Country Manager of BYD and Denza in Poland. The operator of the Polish facility is Jingdong Logistics (JD Logistics), belonging to the e-commerce group JD.com, working closely with BYD’s central European warehouse in the Netherlands and other distribution centers on the continent.

BYD is a global technological giant, runner-up in the global battery market, and the largest producer of battery electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, with revenues reaching 112 billion USD in 2025.
