Lamborghini Urus Crashes Near Warsaw; Driver Reportedly Flees Scene

A collision between a Kia Picanto and a Lamborghini Urus in Okrzeszyn on June 25 resulted in the Kia landing in a ditch, with the Lamborghini driver allegedly fleeing the scene.

The Collision in Okrzeszyn

The incident occurred on June 25, shortly before 12:00 PM, on Wiechy Street in the village of Okrzeszyn, Piaseczno County. The collision involved a Kia Picanto and a Lamborghini Urus driven by a Ukrainian national.

According to police findings, the Kia driver attempted to make a U-turn when the Lamborghini, which was in the process of overtaking, struck the vehicle. The impact sent the Kia into a deep ditch, while the Lamborghini came to a stop approximately 50 meters away.

Allegations and Aftermath

Reports indicate that immediately following the collision, the driver of the Lamborghini exited the vehicle and left the scene on foot. Shortly thereafter, several other sports cars arrived at the location, accompanied by individuals claiming to be witnesses; a man then appeared and identified himself as the driver of the Lamborghini.

Police conducted an investigation at the scene and determined the driver of the Kia was responsible for the accident. The Kia driver contested the finding, alleging that the Lamborghini had been traveling at a significantly excessive speed.

Resolution of the Incident

The on-site investigation concluded after the driver of the Kia accepted a fine. This action effectively finalized police proceedings regarding the road collision.
