Meeting Announcement for Young Poles
The meeting will take place during the final weekend of the holidays, running from August 28 to 30. Karol Nawrocki is also scheduled to participate in the event.
First Lady Marta Nawrocka announced the gathering in a video published by the Chancellery of the President, inviting young people to spend the final summer weekend in Jurata.
Presidential Invitation and Event Details
The First Lady promoted the event by highlighting that there will be numerous young people, good energy, and a space for mutual conversations to discuss the future of Poland, ideas, and desired changes.
According to the president’s website, the Jurata gathering offers two days of sports emotions, concerts, attractions, surprises, and discussions about Poland’s future, specifically designed for individuals aged 18 to 26.
Karol Nawrocki Seeks Youth Perspectives
Karol Nawrocki stated in a promotional video that he wants to listen to the ideas of the youth, discuss important matters, and view the world through their eyes. Registration opened on July 25 via a form available on the presidential website.
The event will be held at the Residence of the President of the Republic of Poland on the Hel Peninsula, which serves as a representative and conference center previously used by past presidents for meetings with foreign heads of state and government leaders.
Anniversary Celebration of Nawrocki’s Swearing-In
Karol Nawrocki addressed attendees at a ceremony celebrating the anniversary of his swearing-in on Thursday, stating that he has done nothing else all year than act as their voice in the Presidential Palace, as they decided.
The celebration featured a debate with Andrzej Nowak, Rafa艂 Ziemkiewicz, and Krzysztof Stanowski. A regional youth ensemble from Lesser Poland, “Zag贸rza艅ska si艂a,” sang the Polish national anthem, and Eldo performed the song “Nie pytaj o ni膮,” inspired by Grzegorz Ciechowski’s “Nie pytaj o Polsk臋.”
Attendees and Atmosphere at the Anniversary Event
The ceremony lasted nearly three hours in a typical rally-like atmosphere on the courtyard. Participants included supporters of the president alongside deputies such as Katarzyna S贸jka, Mariusz Gosek, Janusz Cieszy艅ski, Mateusz Morawiecki, and Robert B膮kiewicz.
