The controversy surrounding Dawid Kacprzyk has expanded beyond the Southern Hospital (Szpital Po艂udniowy). It has emerged that in 2026, he also worked at the Mazowiecki Szpital Br贸dnowski under a civil law contract, clocking 732 hours while serving as a physician and acting as a coordinator for health services.
While physicians in Poland commonly hold multiple contracts, the sheer volume of hours logged by Kacprzyk鈥攃oupled with his previous record of over 4,000 hours at the Southern Hospital in 2025鈥攔aises serious questions regarding patient safety, medical fatigue, and organizational integrity.
Financial Disclosure and Wealth Accumulation
Kacprzyk鈥檚 2025 asset declaration reveals over 1.67 million PLN in total income, a 900,000 PLN apartment, and 730,000 PLN in savings. However, the document does not itemize earnings by specific medical facility, making it impossible to determine exactly how much was generated from his various hospital contracts.
The doctor reported no financial liabilities exceeding 10,000 PLN. Because the current asset declaration forms do not mandate the disclosure of individual employers or hourly rates, the full scale of his professional activity remains obscured by the lack of granular data.
Ongoing Audits and Legal Actions
Following an audit of the Southern Hospital, the facility filed a notice to the prosecutor’s office regarding potential financial mismanagement. Kacprzyk has since corrected 33 invoices covering the period from January 2025 to June 2026 and reimbursed the hospital approximately 500,000 PLN.
