34-year-old Stuart K.-B., known online as Stuu, was brought from Great Britain to Poland as part of an extradition procedure. The man is a suspect in an investigation concerning crimes to the detriment of minors. After arriving in the country, he was placed in a Warsaw investigative detention center. The case is being handled by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
The handover of the man to Polish law enforcement authorities took place on Thursday, August 13. The extradition was carried out by officers of the Transport Division of the Polish Police. Capital city police officers also participated in the operations related to his handover.
In accordance with an earlier court decision on applying temporary arrest, Stuart K.-B. was transported to one of the Warsaw investigative detention centers upon arrival in Poland. There he awaits further procedural steps.
Prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba, spokesperson for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, stated that actions involving the suspect are scheduled for next week.

Investigation Background and Pandora Gate
The investigation concerning Stuart K.-B. is connected to the so-called Pandora Gate affair, which broke out in the autumn of 2023. At that time, information regarding contacts between popular internet creators and minors appeared in the public space.
In October 2023, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw issued a decision to present charges to Stuart K.-B. According to information provided so far, these concern, among other things, sexual acts against girls under 15 years of age. The alleged behavior reportedly took place in the summer of 2015 and in August 2018. The proceedings also include the suspicion of inciting minors to consume alcohol.
According to information resulting from the Polish arrest warrant, he could face up to 12 years of imprisonment for the alleged acts.
Stuart K.-B. was arrested in Great Britain in 2023 and had been staying in a local detention center since October of that year, awaiting the conclusion of the extradition procedure.
Legal Battle and British Court Decision
The British court agreed to extradite the man to Poland, but the decision was subject to an appeal. The defense questioned the possibility of transferring him to Polish law enforcement authorities. Ultimately, in July, the court in London decided that Stuart K.-B. could be extradited to Poland.
Following the completion of the extradition procedure, the 34-year-old was transported to Warsaw.

Stuart K.-B. is a Polish-British internet creator who performed for years under the pseudonym Stuu. He gained popularity primarily through materials published on YouTube. Initially, he created videos related to the game Minecraft, and later he also published entertainment and lifestyle materials.
During the peak period of his activity, his YouTube channel was watched by approximately 4.1 million users, and his Instagram profile by about 1.8 million people.
Now, further steps in the case will be conducted in Poland under the supervision of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
