Polish Ministry of Finance extends tax office hours and organizes weekend consultations for Krajowy System e-Faktur implementation.
Krajowy System e-Faktur – consultations and system testing
During this time, anyone interested will be able to meet with an office employee and receive individual explanations, ask questions and test the KSeF system in terms of logging in and receiving invoices. On-duty employees will provide information about the KSeF system and discuss the most important steps to take to prepare to use the KSeF system.
Form submission for KSeF access
The ministry added that during a visit to the office, it will also be possible to submit the ZAW-FA form, which is the first step in obtaining access to KSeF by entities and organizations. The form can be submitted in paper form or in electronic form via the e-tax office platform to the relevant Head of the Tax Office.
KSeF for companies, foundations and non-profit organizations
This applies to entities that conduct their business in a form other than sole proprietorship as well as organizations that conduct statutory activities (e.g., companies, foundations, associations or other forms of non-profit organizations) – and do not have a qualified seal. Thanks to this entities and organizations will be able to appoint a person to manage KSeF (authorized among others to grant further permissions to other people in the organization, receiving and accessing invoices, issuing invoices).
Extended tax office hours
MF stated that on January 26-30, 2026, the working hours of tax offices will be extended until 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, on January 31, the next Saturday, another open day regarding KSeF has been planned in the offices, with working hours identical to this weekend.
Środy z KSeF trainings for entrepreneurs
Regardless of the open days, in KAS units throughout Poland, the Środy z KSeF cycle is ongoing. During January and February meetings, experts provide entrepreneurs with the most important and practical information on how to use the Krajowy System e-Faktur.
The ministry stated that Wednesday trainings take place in tax administration chambers (online trainings from 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00) and in every tax office in Poland except specialized ones (in-person trainings from 10:00-12:00).
Krajowy System e-Faktur implementation
Krajowy System e-Faktur will be used for issuing, transmitting and storing invoices issued between entrepreneurs. The first stage of system implementation will begin on February 1, when it will cover entities whose turnover in 2024 exceeded PLN 200 million.
